Position OverviewÂ
We are seeking a skilled Paid Media Specialist to develop and execute effective digital advertising campaigns for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for managing paid media initiatives across multiple platforms, optimizing campaign performance, analyzing results, and providing strategic recommendations. The ideal candidate has a strong background in digital advertising, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to drive measurable results through data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development & Implementation:Â Develop and implement advanced paid media strategies across various digital platforms. Create innovative approaches to meet and exceed client objectives through data-driven campaign planning.
Team Leadership & Mentorship:Â Oversee the daily tasks of Associate Paid Media Specialists and ensure the quality of their work. Provide guidance, feedback, and training to develop junior team members’ skills.
Campaign Optimization & Analysis:Â Review and optimize campaigns based on in-depth analysis and strategic objectives. Implement sophisticated optimization techniques to maximize performance and ROI.
Client Communication & Reporting:Â Communicate campaign strategies, performance updates, and optimizations effectively to clients and internal stakeholders. Translate complex technical information into clear, actionable insights.
Analytics & Performance Tracking:Â Create and maintain comprehensive campaign dashboards that showcase performance metrics and trends. Extract meaningful insights from campaign data to drive strategic decisions.
Process Improvement & Innovation:Â Identify opportunities to enhance workflow efficiency and campaign effectiveness. Stay current with industry trends and new platform features to implement innovative solutions.
Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in digital marketing with focus on paid advertising
Proven track record managing successful paid campaigns across multiple platforms
Strong knowledge of major advertising platforms and their specific capabilities
Demonstrated ability to optimize campaigns for performance and strategic objectives
Proficiency in analytics tools, ad platforms, and creating comprehensive dashboards
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights
Excellent client communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated with commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends
Experience with process improvement and operational efficiency
Organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
Experience with bid management tools and marketing automation platforms is a plus
